KARSA MAKINA has launched at the year of 1997 with the partnership of Ahmet Erdinc and Ahmet Tekin. The business life began to producing and repairing hydraulic embossing machinery at Kazlıcesme where is located in Istanbul the year of 1976. Nowadays, this partnership continues the activities at ESOT industrial zone at Istanbul.

 

The specifications of machinery is that 415mm piston diameter, 800x1200mm plate size dimensions also low pressure and low capacity like,maximum 300 tonnes at maximum 200bar was produced at the beginning of the work with the using of Technologies and market demand which is used at past years. Increasing the demand of market, this specifications developed like the 800mm piston diameter, 1000x1500mm plate size, and 1507 tonnes capacity at 300 bar has reached with the using of Technologies and innovations. Currently, all of the models serve the variety systems like pneumatic valves, pneumatic connections for plates, security system with fotocell and quick process at pressing.

Karsa Makina which supply new systems includes that optical sensor security and velocity process at pressing with giving an importance of safety to workers at machinery through benefits from new technological advances where is using the 600m2 closed area to production with updates equipments of machinery serving to customers with producing a machinery and maintanence or spare parts.
